What types of schools do you support?

We provide professional services, managed services, and website services to K-12 and higher education. We also do extensive work for educational organizations (e.g. professional societies), particularly those engaged in the digital humanities.


Do you provide 24 hour support?

Yes. We can monitor your network and provide 24-hour helpdesk support as needed.


Do you provide professional development for teachers?

Yes. KEYPOPPY has a team of instructional designers and education experts that can provide onsite training, assessments, remote support, and seminars for your staff. We can also train students to be technology leaders in your school.

Do you provide CIO services?

KEYPOPPY has an experienced team of CIO's that can assess and manage your technology environment. Our CIO's have experiences with all phases of administration and have a track record of working well with faculty and students.


Perhaps you don't need everything. Does KEYPOPPY offer partial assistance?

Yes, we prefer to provide the least amount of support necessary, but just enough to get the job done correctly. Much depends on your schools technical and pedagogical needs.

Our home base is in northeast Ohio, but we can provide services for schools anywhere in the United States.
